1 · The seller
Contributions are offered by Vivien Masset, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), SIRET 999 249 055 00016, 83470 Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, France (see the legal notice). Contact: contact@glydar.eu (subject “Contribution”).
2 · Purpose
These terms apply to financial contributions made to Glydar from the Support pages of the site and the app. Glydar remains free to use: no feature is conditional on a contribution, and the perks are thank-yous, not purchased features.
3 · Prices
Amounts are given in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts). The amount paid is the one chosen at the time of the contribution, with no added fees.
4 · Payment
Payment is made online, by the means offered at the time of the contribution, via Stripe, payment provider. Glydar neither sees nor keeps your card number. The amount is charged on confirmation; for a recurring contribution, on each due date. See the privacy policy.
5 · Perks
Depending on the plan chosen, thank-you perks are provided. The Support page gives the up-to-date list and states, for each one, whether it is in place or coming soon. A perk announced as coming soon is not due before it is in place.
Perks require linking the contribution to your Glydar account: an anonymous contribution, or one made under a name without a linked account, gives none. Temporary perks last as long as the recurring contribution is active; the Contributor badge is permanent.
6 · Recurring contributions
A monthly or annual contribution is renewed automatically on each due date, until you end it. You can end it at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
7 · Right of withdrawal
You have the legal withdrawal period of fourteen days from your contribution (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Code de la consommation). To exercise it, write to contact@glydar.eu. The refund is made by the means of payment used, within fourteen days of your request.
8 · Consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute, you may contact a consumer mediator free of charge (article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code), after having written to the seller. The mediator the seller is covered by is CM2C, Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, where the request can be filed online: www.cm2c.net.
9 · Personal data
The processing of your data during a contribution is described in the privacy policy.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The terms applicable to a contribution are those in force on the day it is made.
