Features

Everything a pilot checks before taking off.

Five instruments, one screen: regulations, weather, the community’s experience, sessions — and what you need to take it all into the field. In the order you consult them.

01 · Map & regulations

The official regulations, drawn beneath your props.

Published regulatory zones, country by country across Europe, at the official ceiling scale of the country displayed. Every spot knows its status — No known restriction, Restricted or Permit required — and the winning zone that decides it. Temporary restrictions (NOTAMs) are set apart by a dotted line: never mixed up with the permanent ones. You choose which countries are displayed — and when the map hides one, it says so. The links to the legal text are clickable from the zone.

02 · Weather

Wind at 120 metres — the altitude that really matters.

14-day forecast from the ground to the regulatory ceiling, a verdict per spot based on your thresholds and your drone: a 5" copes with what a tinywhoop refuses. When a spot is mixed, the rule gives its cause.

03 · Community

Field reports, attached to the place.

Every contribution is linked to a spot. “I was there” re-confirms a zone in one gesture, photos and reviews live on the spot page, and the feed filters by what interests you — not by an algorithm.

What is old shows: freshness is never faked.

04 · Sessions

Flying is better together.

Propose a session at a spot, see who is coming and with which video system, and coordinate channels before arriving. Groups keep their spots and habits together.

Everyone announces their video system — Analogue, DJI O3/O4, Walksnail Avatar or Ascent, HDZero… — and the channel organiser allocates the channels before arrival.

05 · Import

Your spot list comes with you, in your language.

If you already keep your list somewhere else, import it instead of re-entering everything: Glydar reads the file, shows you what it understood and lets you correct it before saving. And the app speaks five languages.

06 · Offline

Find your favourite spots again, even without a connection.

A spot you follow is downloaded to your device: installed on the home screen, the app reopens it in airplane mode, at the foot of the cliff as in a valley with no network.
